Shipping Destinations

FrostPaws currently ships only to customers in:

Canada

We do not ship outside Canada at this time.

Shipping Costs

For orders within Canada, the following applies:

Free shipping on all orders
No minimum order value required
No additional shipping charges apply
You only pay the product price shown at checkout

Processing and Delivery Time

Order Cutoff Time
Our daily order cutoff time is 18:00 Eastern Standard Time (Toronto).
Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Processing takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Time
After processing, orders are shipped and delivered within 5–7 business days.
Shipments move in transit Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Total Estimated Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time is 6–9 business days.

Please note that in exceptional circumstances, such as public holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays, delivery times may vary.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

This allows you to follow your shipment through delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Problems With Your Delivery

If the estimated delivery time has passed and you have not yet received your order, we recommend allowing an additional 3 business days for possible carrier delays.
